DALE KUIPERS

Le regretté Dale Kuipers, peintre, sculpteur et spécialiste d'effets spéciaux, est à l'origine du canular du bigfoot congelé qui a attiré les foules curieuses aux États Unis pendant plusieurs années. Il a travaillé notamment sur Caveman et a été de l'équipe de conception originale sur le remake de The Thing de John Carpenter. Il a ègalement collaboré à Star Wars, The Howling et The Fly. The late Dale Kuipers is responsible for the "bigfoot in the ice" hoax that toured the USA for a couple of years. He worked with many well known SFX masters on Star Wars, The Howling and the Fly. He worked a long time on the remake of the Thing by John Carpenter before Rob Bottin took over.
